RED BULL MIXTAPE (Footage and Download!)

I posted a little while back that me and my Star One brethren were in the studio with Toddla T earlier this month for the Red Bull mixtape project and we worked on a track called 'Power Riddim', a UK Funky banger that has been getting alot of good feedback!

K2 from all about good music blog came down to film the session and made this video to mark the day which you can check below (I still think Danger Shoulder is a better name for the track!)

Have had that lyric running non stop in my head after remixing Encore's latest single which is out on Island Records on the 17th July. We got asked by Island to do a Garage remix after they heard our Jamie Woon - Lady Luck remix. This is the first official remix that we've done so feels good to see our name in proper print! We have a couple more official remixes coming out very soon which I'll post up as soon as I'm allowed to! For now check our Encore remix on the soundcloud below!

STAR ONE n TODDLA T RBMA COLLAB !!

The Star One ( me and my brother as a production) outfit started as a side project for me and my bro but is quickly picking up momentum.

Last Month (May), a friend of mine entered me (without telling me!) into a Red Bull Music Academy competition to record a track with Toddla T and were chosen by the big man himself to go down to the Red Bull Studios to feature on his Red Bull mixtape project. Had to bring my Star One production partner and brother along with me and we basically vibesed out in the Red Bull studios for the day with Toddla, studio engineer Brendon and Ollie Rodigan and worked on a Funky Banger entitled 'Power Riddim'.


The day got filmed by All About Good Music blog so I will post the footage and the mixtape up on here when its done- look out for the track, it's a monster- PUSH YOUR LIGHTER UP!
